Project management of the BIM modelling and impact analysis due to design changes; in collaboration with Technical and Project Management Departments Cimolai S.p.A.
Update of the BIM model of the main structure, through the software Tekla Structures, in order to implement the design revisions.
Located at the World Trade Center, the Perelman will include three separate theaters that will have the ability to be combined into several different configurations, creating both intimate and grand settings to accommodate audiences from 84 to 1205.
The first activity carried out by BOLINA with the Technical Office of Cimolai S.p.A. consists in project management activity and coordination of the outsourced Tekla modelling of the structure. This activity includes:
- Check of construction drawings and schedule;
- Preparation of RFI (Request For Information) for the Design Team;
- Optimization of structural details.
In addition, the impact analysis on connection details and hardened steel walls was carried out, due to the several revisions of the structural design.
Eventually, BOLINA performed an activity of Tekla modelling aimed to the quantification of the changes introduced by the design revisions on the main steel
